Genie Notary, Inc. was incorporated in 2021 by Widemonde ‘Windy’ Lafond to provide a partnering service to the mortgage and title industry. She has an experienced and established team of notaries and signing agents within her company that strives to exceed the expectations of her client base that includes title companies, escrow offices, loan officers, lenders and banks. Genie Notary, Inc. is a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) that goes above and beyond ensuring the success of every loan from start to finish.

After conducting over five hundred loan signings herself, Ms. Lafond later initiated a plan to not only work as a Signing Agent but to one day open a corporation and build/acquire a team of the best Massachusetts’ and New Jersey Attorneys and Professional Mobile Signing Agents to work with her. Now Genie Notary, Inc. isn’t just a Signing Agent conducting loan signings herself but a Signing company partnering with other great, successful and eager Attorneys and Signing Agents willing and able to go above and beyond to insure the closing of a loan from start to finish. Till this day, Genie Notary, Inc. have worked with hundreds of Title Companies, Escrow Officers, LO Officers, Lenders and Banks. Genie Notary, Inc. is proudly owned and operated by a Haitian Woman.
